For development to be objective, we have introduced regular quarterly job evaluations. Each lawyer undergoes an analysis where managers evaluate:

ability to work with the client and solve atypical cases,
contribution to teamwork and willingness to share knowledge,
initiative – offering new ideas, participation in the development of the company.
